Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders usually need 1-2 business days for processing. Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not receive tracking, please contact us and we will help check the status.

Why does my package show delivered before I received it?

Carriers may occasionally mark a package as delivered before the final handoff. Please allow 2-3 business days and check nearby delivery areas. If it still has not arrived, contact us for support.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible after an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can check the order status.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Unused products in their original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. For non-quality issues, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

What if my item has a quality issue?

If your product arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us with photos. We will help arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Product Safety

Is Junvpic glass BPA-free and lead-free?

Yes. Junvpic glassware is made with food-grade materials and is BPA-free and lead-free for everyday kitchen use.

Can I pour boiling water into the glass?

Please do not pour boiling water directly into cold glass or expose the glass to sudden temperature changes. Rapid temperature shifts may cause glass to crack or break.

How can I prevent cracking or breakage?

Avoid strong impact, dropping, and sudden temperature changes. Handle glass products carefully and allow hot or cold contents to adjust gradually.

Cleaning & Care

Are the jars and pitchers dishwasher safe?

Most Junvpic glass parts are dishwasher safe. For lids with bamboo, silicone, or filter components, hand washing is recommended to help preserve the material and seal.

How should I clean a wide-mouth pitcher?

Add mild soapy water, shake gently, and rinse well. The wide-mouth design also allows easier hand cleaning for the bottom and inner walls.

Why does my lid not close properly?

Please check that the silicone sealing ring is seated evenly. Reposition the ring and press or twist the lid closed securely.

Cold Brew & Drink Use

Can I use the pitcher for cold brew coffee?

Yes. Junvpic cold brew jars with stainless steel filters are designed for cold brew coffee, iced tea, lemonade, and fruit drinks.

Is the stainless steel filter removable?

Yes. The filter is removable for easy cleaning and flexible use. You can use the jar with or without the filter depending on the drink.

Which size should I choose, 32oz or 64oz?

Choose 32oz for personal use, smaller fridges, or smaller batches. Choose 64oz for family use, meal prep, parties, or larger drink batches.

Damaged Item Support

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, then contact us with your order information. We will help arrange a replacement.

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, photos if relevant, and a brief description of the issue. This helps us resolve the case faster.
